Biggest Morning Tea goes virtual! https://www.preciseair.com.au/biggest-morning-tea-goes-virtual/ Wed, 24 Jun 2020 06:03:59 +0000 http://www.preciseair.com.au/?p=17257 We weren’t going to let the COVID-19 crisis stop us from our annual Cancer Council fundraiser this year!

Our employees from around Australia dialled in or took a break at home to help raise funds for the Cancer Council’s Biggest Morning Tea.

While we missed being able to catch up in person, at least we were still able to support the great work that our client, the Cancer Council, does through their research and support programmes.

If you would like to host your own Biggest Morning Tea, head on over to the Cancer Council’s website: https://www.biggestmorningtea.com.au/

Cancer Council is the big winner in Precise Air’s Customer Survey this year https://www.preciseair.com.au/cancer-council-is-the-big-winner-in-precise-airs-customer-survey-this-year/ Sat, 10 Jun 2017 03:33:05 +0000 http://www.preciseair.com.au/?p=16469

Customer experience is really important to us at Precise Air.

Twice a year we survey our customers to find out what they think of our service and how we can continue to develop and deliver outstanding, innovative services.

This year we have decided to partner with one of our long standing customers, Cancer Council, and donate $10 for every customer survey response that we receive.

On Friday morning we had the privilege of presenting Steve Ray, Cancer Council’s Property and Risk Manager with a cheque and certificate of appreciation for the wonderful work the Cancer Council does in cancer prevention, research, treatment and support. Our employees also showed their appreciation by raising funds at our Biggest Morning Tea.

“There’s lots that Precise do off the ball to help the Cancer Council…and as much as it is about what you want to give to us, we want to give to you and the community,” said Steve.

“The Cancer Council is the leading cancer charity in NSW. We are 97% community funded…we stand up for the rights that we believe are very important – research, 13 11 20 Information Services and a lot of advocacy and getting our message out there… to change behaviour to improve your health and the health of your families, because we don’t want you to get cancer.

“Thank you so much on behalf of the Cancer Council for the great work you do – it is performance first and everything else follows,” Steve said.

A special thanks to all of our customers who completed their surveys. It’s great to see that our responsiveness and Fresh Thinking approach is so highly valued by so many of you.
