The commercial office towers range from 6 Star Green Star ratings As Built and/or Interiors, through to 5.5 Star NABERS Indoor Environment Ratings and base building Energy Commitment Agreements, providing high occupant comfort and wellbeing without compromising energy and water efficiency.

A key component of the contract is a commitment between Walker Corporation and Precise Air to work together to utilise the existing technologies within the towers to move from a standard calendar based planned maintenance strategy to one that predicts maintenance works based on digital fault-finding, condition assessment or predictive algorithm.

As with all our contracts within Parramatta, we will be self-delivering all services except the handful requiring OEM involvement. Kitchen exhaust cleaning will be done via our sister company Airgene.
