Today we brought the NSW apprentices together from around the state for a group induction and introduction to Precise on site at our Head Office in Sydney Olympic Park.

Precise Air Group is committed to giving back to the Industry. We currently have 22 apprentices across the Nation and are looking for 12 new apprentices in 2017. We have numerous vacancies in our Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney, Canberra and Melbourne branches. School leavers and more experienced people wanting mature age apprenticeships are encouraged to apply.

In conjunction with this recruitment, all of our Apprentices are eligible to participate in our Noble Apprenticeship Program. This program allows then the ability to gain a financial commitment from the Company along with the prestige and recognition internally.

While the number of apprenticeships has declined in Australia by 20%*, Precise Air is committed to developing the next generation of HVAC technicians by boosting its apprentice numbers around the country.

With over 20 apprentices already employed around the country, Precise Air is looking to increase these numbers with new apprenticeships in the following areas:

• 3 in Sydney
• 1 in Canberra
• 2 in Brisbane
• 1 on the Gold Coast
• 1 in Perth.

Outstanding trainees will be included in our Chris Noble Apprentice Programme that was launched in September this year. Each year, apprentices in the Programme will be in the running for a number of awards for their dedication to learning, customer service and how they apply themselves to their work.
