Midtown MacPark is a collaboration between Parkview builders and Bates Smart architects. With 269 modern apartments across 24 storeys, it features a state-of the-art childcare centre and a 3-level basement car park.

Led by Parkview Constructions, the Midtown MacPark C3 project located in Sydney’s Macquarie Park represents a landmark venture in urban neighbourhood design, placing community and amenity at the heart of the precinct.

Our Construction division are working closely with the Parkview team to ensure design engineering aligns with the $3.3m budget and attains a 5 Star Green
Star rating.

The project is forecast for completion in November 2025.
