Steffan brings a wealth of technical and industry knowledge, customer engagement and strategic operational management expertise that he developed in his previous roles with BSA, AG Coombs and Schneider Electric. This skill set aligns perfectly with the needs of our growing business.

“There are great opportunities to grow the Precise Air Group brand and our self-delivery of mechanical, fire and bundled MFE delivery models in the Victorian market,” said Steffan. “Precise Air’s model allows us to better deliver works and contracts, improving administrative, financial and operational efficiency.”

Looking to the future of our industry, Steffan is keenly aware of the need for facility management (FM) providers to reduce their reliance on third party subcontractors. Additionally, he recognises the significance of analytics and data-driven maintenance becoming the norm in our industry.

“The true value lies in harnessing this data effectively and adopting a more holistic approach that goes beyond BMS alarms so that we understand assets and their purposes,” explained Steffan. “This will lead us to a future where the likes of Power BI platforms become the “single pane of glass”, presenting relevant and customised data in a manner that can be managed by a customer to meet their specific needs, providing true value for money outcomes.”
