Great customer service is the foundation of any successful service business. Without it, your customers will happily take their business elsewhere. But how do you turn ‘customer service’ into a great customer experience?

Customer Service has evolved in recent years to become Customer Experience, shifting the emphasis from the company delivering the service, to the customer who is receiving it.

“When you adopt the attitude that your customer’s experience is everything, it refocuses your business so that flexibility takes centre stage,” explains Sam La Rocca, National Business Development Manager, “…from flexibility in your technology and systems, management of your KPI’s and maintenance methods, through to reporting and account management. You stop trying to fit your customer’s requirements into your existing business systems and instead, you adapt your models to suit your customer,” continues Sam.

“Facility Managers (our customers) are measured on their tenants’ experience every day, and need to be accessible, adaptable and quick to respond” continued Sam. “Operationally, they need to have the confidence that they can depend on their service providers to respond in an emergency. Their success depends on our employees sharing this flexible attitude and partnering approach, particularly with our customers who are on the frontline.”

One of Precise Air’s Project Managers based in Brisbane, Greg applies his ‘can-do’ attitude to all areas of his work including safety.  Greg received his award at the annual JLL Project and Development Services Safety Meeting held in Brisbane earlier this week.

Greg joins the ranks of a growing number of Precise Air’s employees and divisions who have received customer awards for safety over the past 24 months.

Presented by JLL’s Projects and Development Services team including National HSW Advisor Roy Statham, Andrew Read and Jerry Falcnik, the award recognises Precise Air’s commitment to safety on a daily basis and demonstration of JLL’s safety values and systems.

“This award is a great acknowledgement of our team’s commitment to taking on board JLL’s safety and project requirements,” said Mark Jenkins, State Manager Queensland. “Safety is an integrated part of our culture, and is an every day practice for Precise Air’s employees, both on site and in our own business,” Mark continued.

Precise Air provides installation, upgrade and maintenance services to a wide range of facilities and portfolios managed by JLL.

Precise Air Group has commenced service on its latest national mechanical, fire and electrical (MFE) service portfolio of 36 HSBC sites for Jones Lang LaSalle.

One of the largest banking and financial organisations globally, HSBC is the leading international bank in Australia and is committed to expanding their branch presence nationally. Jones Lang LaSalle awarded the contract to Precise Air last month, keen to achieve synergies with similar retail banking portfolios.

“Precise Air is fast becoming the ‘go-to’ company for some of Australia’s leading FM companies’ bundled MFE portfolio contracts”,” explained Sam La Rocca, Precise Air’s Director Business Development.

“We pride ourselves on thinking outside the box when it comes to creatively managing service contracts,” Sam continued,” finding ways to make it more cost effective for our customers to manage their facilities. Bundling services for HSBC will provide a range of efficiencies by eliminating duplication (and costs) associated with account management, site visits, administration and reporting.”

After servicing the ANZ NSW/ACT retail portfolio since 2006, Precise Air Group is pleased to announce that we have been successful in our bid to service the ANZ Retail network for Mechanical Fire & Electrical (MFE) on a national level for Jones Lang LaSalle.

Precise Air has been awarded the national mechanical services maintenance contract by Jones Lang LaSalle across the CGU Insurance portfolio.

“We are really pleased to take on this contract as it continues to strengthen our relationship with one of the world’s leading property managers, JLL”, explained Sam La Rocca, Precise Air’s Director – Business Development.  “Over the past five years we have been steadily increasing our national footprint and we have received fantastic support and recognition from our clients for our ‘fresh thinking’ approach.”

Precise Air’s Service Division will be delivering services under this contract to capital cities across every state, as well as to regional areas including Newcastle, Dubbo, Tamworth, Ballarat and Bendigo. The contract commenced this month.

We began our relationship with Qantas in 2002, maintaining the mechanical services of the Qantas property portfolio. Since then we have expanded maintenance services across a number of sites and facilities, ramping up according to the needs at the time of Qantas and their FM suppliers.

Known for our fresh approach, Precise Air’s team is set to deliver on energy efficient solutions for JLL and Qantas, revamping PPM and BMCS management to continue to maximise the performance of assets throughout their entire life cycle.

We look forward to working closely with the JLL and Qantas teams.
