Precise Air is proud to have been awarded the AMP Capital – Melbourne CBD portfolio that includes some of Melbourne’s most iconic buildings.

The portfolio includes 168,700sqm net lettable area of A-Grade office and retail space at Collins Place, with its twin 50 storey towers plus retail space, and Bourke Place’s 50 storey tower with retail space. It also includes Bourke Place Studios and Merritts Car Park.

“Our AMP contract service team has just completed asset registration and condition reporting using our latest Asset Management App”, explained Jarrod McDonald, Precise Air’s State Manager, Victoria. “We think it is imperative that the technicians who are assigned to the site are responsible for registering and assessing the condition of the assets. Using tablets and our own App streamlines the process and improves accuracy for the duration of the contract. Our clients also have access to the data through our portal.”
