Congratulations to Chloe Martin from our Queensland branch, who is the winner of this year’s award!

Chloe displays all of the Precise Air group company values. She goes above and beyond. shows great leadership, initiative and common sense. She is so keen to learn every aspect of the trade that many of our technicians comment on her enthusiasm and willingness to learn, and often request to have Chloe on the team when they need an apprentice.

2nd Place was awarded to Daniel Valdivia. Daniel originally started his career with Airgene, Precise Air’s HVAC Hygiene company, before demonstrating tenacity and ambition in moving across and beginning his apprenticeship with Precise Air.

Third place was too close to call this year, so it was awarded to two of our apprentices, Andrew Kyriacou (NSW) and Jake Mitchell (QLD), who are both enthusiastic and excellent tradesmen.

Named in memory of one of our finest technicians who unfortunately passed away in 2014, this award is in its 7th year and recognises excellence in commitment and dedication to learning, providing excellent customer service, and applying themselves to their work.

Congratulations to all of our winners this year, and a big thanks to our wider team of apprentices who have shown commitment and resilience in continuing with their apprenticeship over the past few years.

Apprentices worthy of recognition https://www.preciseair.com.au/apprentices-worthy-of-recognition/ Thu, 22 Jul 2021 06:02:34 +0000 https://www.preciseair.com.au/?p=17425 The future of HVAC is in good, safe hands when you have apprentices like Owen, Evgeny and Ante.

We would like to congratulate Owen Smith from Precise Air Group’s Brisbane branch who took out 1st place in the Chris Noble Apprentice Award. Owen is the type of apprentice every tradesperson would love to have on site – someone who follows instructions safely, quickly and with limited fuss, but also has the confidence to stop and ask questions to check he is on the right track.

Congratulations also to Evgeny Radzievskiy who took out 2nd place and Ante Abramovic in third place.

Evgeny is based in our Adelaide branch and is described by his workmates as enthusiastic and reliable with an excellent attitude to OHSW procedures, raising any safety concerns when he sees them, while Ante, who is from Sydney, is known for his great work ethic and for understanding the importance of balancing his workload with our clients’ expectations.

Importantly, each of this year’s winners have Safety at the front of their minds throughout their workday, which is a testament to the culture that Precise Air’s Safety team has developed throughout the organisation.

Precise Air Group’s Chris Noble Award recognises a commitment to safety, our customers and our workmates, as well as technical skills and TAFE results.

The award is named in memory of Chris Noble, one of Precise Air’s valued technicians who was highly regarded by his workmates and customers. To this day, we are saddened by his passing in September 2014. We honour our memory of Chris with this award to recognise outstanding apprentices who display Precise Air’s core values (People, Safety, Integrity, Customers) in their professional work and study.

A special thanks to Actrol for the continuous support you provide to our apprentices and equipping them with a great set of tools for their bright futures.

Congratulations to all of the winners and nominees. The Group is proud of the growth and calibre of our apprentices. We are excited for the future of our industry and to be a part of the future of these impressive young apprentices.
