AT THE START OF EACH CONTRACT WE WORK WITH YOU TO DEVELOP A PRECISE PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR THE
LIFE OF YOUR SYSTEMS.

 

We will:

  • assess every asset to develop an asset condition / dilapidation report and a hierarchy of criticality
  • work within your financial and operational parameters to build a cost benefit lifecycle plan
  • identify energy and cost savings by offering specialist advice on alternative equipment
  • advise on compliance issues and ensuring that you meet your obligations
  • build a PPM schedule to meet your needs that can include proactive maintenance, predictive maintenance, thermographic scanning, pipe thickness testing, air balancing, commissioning and other practices to ensure your systems are at their most efficient.

Your PPM will be developed and closely monitored to ensure you are receiving maximum benefit and that your systems are running to their peak efficiency. And with Precise Air’s mobile solution and online reporting, you will be able to view our performance in real-time.
