Ideally involved at the initial concept stage of any project, Precise Air provides:

  • NABERS and sustainability assessments, indicating alternative options value engineering and whole-of-life concepts:
    • optimal energy efficiency, waste reduction, ideal output and construction timeframes
  • cost benefit analyses on concept and actual plans
  • detailed design engineering drawings and plans
  • shutdown programmes for outside peak operating hours
  • maintenance programmes to ensure operation meets the design intent into the future.

Led by a qualified Precise Air Project Manager, we collaborate with your team to maximise communication, minimising impact on the works programme and disruption to tenants or operations.
