Mantra Apartments

The Mantra Apartments, on the corner of Bond and George streets, has recently undergone a multi-million dollar refurbishment.

It consists of luxury executive apartments and penthouses decorated in a New York Loft style, topped off with a rooftop heated pool and spa and the Memento Lounge & Bistro.

Like other accommodation facilities, servicing must be completed around their guests’ booking schedule.

To minimise impact on their guests, Precise Air provides a flexible servicing schedule and emergency response. This allows the Facility Management team to plan PPM, ad hoc repairs and upgrades around their daily room bookings and seasonal fluctuations.
