Precise Air awarded Spotlight Supplier of the Year 2015 – Facilities Management

Precise Air commenced the mechanical services portfolio in ACT in mid 2014, expanding soon after throughout NSW, Victoria, Queensland and WA.

The Group now provides mechanical services to 62 Spotlight stores, 20 Anaconda warehouse stores and 3 facilities owned and managed by Spotlight Property Group in these states.

As a result of a smooth transition, asset registration and proactive maintenance, Precise Air was awarded the Spotlight Supplier of the Year Award for Facilities Management.

This has since led to the introduction of Precise Fire into the Group.

Precise Fire now provide fire services maintenance and testing to all stores in Queensland and NSW, with the additional of 27 Spotlight and 14 Anaconda stores in Victoria.

Transition into the fire contract was simplified as the team already had a good understanding of the idiosyncrasies in servicing these stores.

In providing both services, the team use synergies between the mechanical and fire contracts to provide a more coordinated and cost efficient way to  service this portfolio, synchronising testing and providing a more complete asset management package.
