The Queensland Government’s Building and Asset Services (BAS) driving objective is to deliver efficient, cost effective and sustainable services to Queensland Government’s various Departments and Agencies.

Precise Air provides mechanical maintenance services and ad hoc repairs to over 120 public facilities, many with critical mission or high security requirements, throughout South East Queensland including:

• long and short term accommodation
• respite centres and disability services
