In 2011 Precise Air’s construction team completed a NABERS upgrade to the mixed commercial/retail facility at 130 George St, Parramatta.

Since completion, Precise Air’s Maintenance team has maintained the site, ensuring continuity of service.

Rapid response is provided daily by the Lead site based technician, ensuring critical systems are operating at their peak for the building’s tenants.

The team provides a Precise Performance Management Plan and Reporting that includes monthly sustainability meetings and quarterly building tuning services to ensure that all NABERS targets continue to be met.
