After completing the staged upgrade of Microsoft’s Australian Headquarters in Sydney, Precise Air was contracted to maintain all of Microsoft’s commercial offices throughout Australia.

Each site includes a mix of commercial office space, meeting rooms, critical data rooms, multi purpose office space and reception areas.

The sites are managed by our State based Account Managers and serviced by a Lead technician and support crew inducted into the site prior to any work taking place.

Precise Air’s National Account model provides a National Account Manager who liaises directly with the client as a first point of contact, and a centralised billing process to streamline all service billing nationally under the one account. Our system’s flexibility means that this model can be altered to bill on a state or site basis to suit the customer’s requirements.
