Precise Air was contracted to provide the installation works for the fit out of the new office.

Working in a ‘live’ environment, it was essential for the team to supply and provide installations within appropriate operational constraints and schedules.

Precise Air’s construction team developed a strategy to help them meet their goals and time frames to ensure there was no disruption to employees or building tenants.

The fit out works were carried out on the basement, levels 2 to 6 and the roof.

The scope of works includes:

• Supplied and installed sixty chilled water fan coil units including all associate pipework, control and electrical works
• Supplied and installed a chiller system
• Supplied and installed two cooling towers systems
