Upgrade of air conditioning for TAFE

Newcastle Branch were Principle Contractor on the upgrade of air conditioning for Newcastle TAFE’s J Block at Tighes Hill.

The project, valued at around $500,000, included the installation of a new: VRF air conditioning system with cassette style indoor units to the ground floor and level 1; variable volume outside air system to serve the conditioned rooms; mechanical electrical distribution system including new sub main board.

The team offered two alternative VRF product ranges for the install with the client opting for the more cost efficient Fujitsu alternative.
