VW Chullora

Located within Chullora Technology Park, the new Volkswagen Group Australia site comprises three office levels totaling 10,650sqm, an international training center, a service facility, and a warehouse distribution centre, comprising a total of 16,000sqm.

Precise Air was contracted to complete the fit out of the new facility after construction was completed.
This required modifications to the base building to suit the new and varied requirements of each of the spaces, from open plan warehousing and automotive servicing, to offices and training rooms designed to be reconfigured to suit their needs.

A state of the art workshop ventilation system was installed to ensure trainees and service employees have adequate ventilation at all times.

Flexibility for future configuration needs designed into luxury commercial office space, training facility and warehouse

The scope of works included:

• 25 Head Mitsubishi VRF system
• BMS with full interface to VRF system
• nine ventilation systems serving various areas
• complete building fire testing and inspection
