Programmed Facility Management provide a wide range of facility management services to Government agencies throughout Western Australia.

Precise Air has been contracted by Programmed to provide routine maintenance, emergency and breakdown repairs and ad hoc works for the Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD) and the Department of Culture and the Arts (DCA).

The DCA portofilo includes a diverse range of cultural facilities within the Perth CBD, Northbridge & Subiaco:

• Swan Bell Tower

• PICA (Perth Institute of Creative Arts)

The DTWD portfolio consists of 7 TAFE campuses and 109 schools in the Perth metropolitan area. Facilities range from single to nine storey buildings with a vast range of equipment, from split systems to central plant.
