Amadeus fit out

180 Thomas St Haymarket was designed by Bates Smart who won this project through a City of Sydney Design Excellence Competition. The building is a nine story commercial building, built over an existing substation, and has been designed to achieve a 6 Star Green Star rating.

Precise Air completed the mechanical services fit out for the Amadeus’ tenancy under contract to JLL in 2014. Amadeus’ new office space reflects their commitment to a flexible, creative, environmentally aware working environment that encourages collaboration between their staff.
