Burwood Council

Precise Air worked closely with SHAPE to complete an upgrade to mechanical services during an an extensive refurbishment to the Burwood Library and Community Hub.

The heritage listed building was occupied at times throughout the refurbishment, which resulted in the work programme being scheduled around events held by Council for staff and public.

The building required an internal upgrade of the 1887 heritage listed building and the construction of a new public car park. The Burwood Council were very active throughout the refurbishment with a number of public events and visits by council officials.
